Guests using the hotel’s parking area or entering the hotel from the first-floor entrance are kindly requested to use the pedestrian bridge (stairs) located outside the building. We appreciate your cooperation.
Those arriving via the Shinkansen, JR local lines, or the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and exiting from the North or West Exit (3rd floor) of Shin-Osaka Station can continue to access the hotel without steps or level changes, as usual, by using the pedestrian bridge.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and patience.
