In recent years, incidents involving smoke and fire related to power banks have been reported both domestically and internationally. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following the safety guidelines below:

•Please refrain from charging power banks in your guest room when you are not present.
•When charging, avoid locations exposed to direct sunlight and do not charge on combustible materials such as beds, sheets, or other linens.
•Please do not use or charge power banks while sleeping. When charging, please keep the power bank within your line of sight at all times.

For safety reasons, if our housekeeping staff notice any of the above situations during room cleaning, they may disconnect a power bank from the outlet or move it to a safer location within the room.

As a result, there will be a power outage throughout the entire hotel, and the hotel will be closed from 12:00 noon on Monday, January 12th, 2026 until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026.

You are welcome to leave your luggage with us at the front reception both before check-in and after check-out.

We would like to inform you that, during the period indicated below, replacement work will be carried out on the elevator operating between the 1st floor (entrance beside the parking area) and the lobby. As a result of the construction, large vehicles may enter and exit the premises, and construction noise may occur.

During the construction period, this elevator will not be available. Guests using the driveway, parking area, or the Fitness Center on the 1st floor are kindly asked to use the external pedestrian bridge (stairs) when moving between floors. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Guests arriving via the Shinkansen, JR conventional lines, or the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and exiting Shin-Osaka Station from the North Exit (3rd floor) or West Exit (3rd floor) may continue to access the hotel as usual via the pedestrian deck without encountering stairs or level changes.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and patience.
